If It's Here, It Earned It.
TinkerTown is a one-person operation run out of a workshop in New Jersey by me — Tommy. I'm a lifelong tinkerer: 3D printers, RC gear, model kits, hand tools, and every gadget that promises to make building things better. Most of them don't. Some of them do. This store exists to tell those two groups apart.
How it works
I buy gear with my own money. I use it on my own bench. If it survives — if it's actually good — it earns a spot in this store. If it fails, it gets a public roasting in the Garbage Section, and you get to enjoy the autopsy instead of repeating my mistake.
What you won't find here
Sponsored reviews. A 40,000-item catalog of things nobody has ever touched. Hype. If a listing reads like an ad, it's because I genuinely liked the thing — nobody pays for placement here.
What you will find
A small, curated shelf of tools and gear that passed, honest write-ups of the testing, and a 30-day money-back guarantee, because if something I endorsed lets you down, that's my problem to fix.

Who am I ?
Welcome to TinkerTown — my personal collection of stuff I’ve tested, cursed at, fixed, and eventually came to love (or throw into a wall). This isn’t a mega-store. It’s a one-man, one-family operation built on obsession and over-research. If it’s here, I’d buy it again. If not? Check the Garbage Section.
My Mission
TinkerTown exists to save you from junk gear, fake reviews, and buyer’s regret. Everything here is tested, tinkered with, sometimes broken, and often fixed. If it made the list, it earned its spot. No hype. Just honest picks for curious minds.
