This Revell kit (851509) builds a 1:25 scale replica of a full-size auto transport trailer, the kind towed behind a semi tractor to move multiple cars at once, complete with the ramps and tie-down detailing needed to load a row of vehicles. A great companion build for truck and semi model collections.
Car-hauling trailers like this one became essential to the auto industry as production and dealership networks expanded through the 20th century, letting manufacturers move newly built vehicles from factories to dealers far more efficiently than driving them individually. Modern multi-car trailers can carry seven or more vehicles at a time and remain a common sight on highways across the trucking industry today.

FAQs
Is this a real store or just a collection of affiliate links?
Both. Items marked “Sold by TinkerTown” are sold by us and shipped from our US supplier partners. Items marked “Sold by Affiliate” link out to Amazon or eBay — if you buy there, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
How do you decide what to feature?
Each pick is chosen on specs, build reputation, and price. Anything we have personally built carries a Tested badge; everything else is clearly labeled as not yet tested. The misses go in The Duds.
Do you offer customer support?
Yes — for anything sold by TinkerTown you'll get a reply from a real person at questions@shoptinkertown.com. For affiliate items, support and returns go through the retailer you bought from.
Can I suggest a product or tool?
Absolutely. Got something you swear by (or swore at)? Send it through the Contact page. If it's a good fit, we may add it — credit included.
Are your reviews paid or sponsored?
No. No brand pays for placement or opinions. Items we have personally built are marked Tested; everything else is clearly labeled as not yet tested.
