A 1/48 scale plastic model kit of the Grumman F-14A Tomcat carrier fighter from Tamiya.
This 1/48 scale Tamiya kit renders the F-14A Tomcat with its signature variable-sweep wings (positionable), a detailed cockpit for the two-seat crew, and underwing ordnance including AIM-54 Phoenix missiles. Kit No. 61114 is molded in plastic and includes decals for U.S. Navy squadron markings; paint and cement are required but not included.
The Grumman F-14 Tomcat was the U.S. Navy's carrier-based air superiority fighter from 1974 until its retirement in 2006, built around its long-range AIM-54 Phoenix missile system and AWG-9 radar to intercept bombers before they could threaten the fleet. Its variable-sweep wings let it operate efficiently at both low carrier-approach speeds and high supersonic speeds. It became one of the most recognizable Cold War-era fighters and was also exported to Iran, where a small number remain in service.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on anything sold by TinkerTown. The item needs to be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.
To start a return, email questions@shoptinkertown.com. Once the return is approved we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. There is no restocking fee. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Custom, perishable and personal care goods, along with hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases, can't be returned.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damages and issues
