Build the Nissan R390 GT1 as it raced in the 1997 24 Hours of Le Mans with this Tamiya 1/24 scale plastic model kit.
This kit reproduces the R390 GT1 endurance racer as it competed at the 1997 24 Hours of Le Mans, rendered in injection-molded styrene plastic with attention to body panel lines and cockpit detail. As a GT1-class prototype-based race car, the kit calls for careful assembly of its low, wide racing bodywork and aerodynamic elements, and is best suited to builders with some prior model kit experience. Paint and cement are required but not included to complete the build.
The Nissan R390 GT1 was a purpose-built endurance racing car developed by Nissan in the mid-1990s to compete in the GT1 class at Le Mans, styled with input from Italdesign and powered by a twin-turbocharged V8 engine derived from Nissan's Group C racing program. A small number of road-going versions were also built to satisfy homologation requirements for GT1 competition. The R390 GT1 represented Nissan's factory effort to return to top-level Le Mans competition during the late-1990s GT1 era.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on anything sold by TinkerTown. The item needs to be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.
To start a return, email questions@shoptinkertown.com. Once the return is approved we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. There is no restocking fee. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Custom, perishable and personal care goods, along with hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases, can't be returned.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Affiliate items
Items marked Sold by Affiliate are not shipped or fulfilled by TinkerTown. Those orders are placed with Amazon or eBay, and shipping, returns and support follow that retailer's own policies. TinkerTown earns a commission on those purchases at no extra cost to you.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can make it right.
Orders shipped into the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, under the same condition requirements above.
